Who I am
I’m Yulia. I work remotely, which allows me to stay present in your home most of the
time. Since my current lifestyle doesn’t allow me to have my own pets, each sit is a
welcome chance to have that connection again.
Experience & trust
I grew up with animals and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I’ve been
house-sitting full time for over a year, so most situations that come up are things
I’ve likely handled before. References and background verification available on
request.
What I ask
I’m selective about which sits I accept. Because I work remotely from your home, I
need reliable Wi-Fi, a clean and functional space, and a properly maintained home. I
treat your home the way I’d want mine treated, and I expect the same standard in
return.

- Where do you sit?
- I currently serve all of California. For monthly sits, distance usually isn’t a barrier.
- Do you sit in any home?
- Since I stay in your home full-time during your trip, its condition matters — not just for comfort, but for my ability to work remotely. I expect a clean, tidy space, working essentials (reliable Wi-Fi, hot water, and heating/cooling where appropriate), and a home that's in good working order, not full of problems. I treat your home with care and expect the same standard in return.
- Why live in full time instead of drop-in visits?
- Routine and presence. Staying in the home keeps your pets' schedule consistent and avoids the stress that comes from long gaps alone.
- How do we confirm a booking?
- We schedule a video call, agree on expectations, and confirm with a written agreement.
